Beginning at Nov 1 at 00:53 UTC, some customers began seeing HTTP Code 500 error responses for requests to their account. Our engineers were immediately notified and we were able to identify the corrupted database and restore normal connectivity at 00:58 UTC.

All systems are operating normally at this time. Our team is investigating what caused the database corruption.
