Controller Failover
Incident Report for CacheFly
Resolved
At approximately 17:50 UTC a controller failover was automatically triggered on one of our origin file clusters due to a faulty memory chip. The secondary controller had to perform an extended checksum check of changes not committed to disk, which resulted in periodic unavailability for some files for customers on the affected file system. This has been completed, and 100% integrity has been confirmed - all performance has returned to normal and techs are currently on-site replacing the faulty module in the other controller.
